Custom Fields Definitions¶
Search for Custom Fields Definitions in Tell-Me to start the Custom Fields configuration:
In the Custom Fields Definitions page you can set up and configure the Custom Fields as desribed in the upcoming scenario's.
From the Custom Field Definitions page, it is possible to configure up to five custom fields for different data types for Contacts, Customers, Vendors, Items, and Jobs. In the Pro version this is extended to 10 fields for each entity and many more entities are available.

Custom Fields Visibility¶
The Custom Fields are visible on all the standard Microsoft pages based on the available entities based on your subscription. You can set up the visibility of the Custom Fields on these pages using the Custom Field Visibility page by toggling Visible for each of the pages that are supported by the Custom Fields extension.
Note
The Minimum Subscription specifies the minimum edition of the Custom Fields subscription to use the visibility feature.
